Order and Shipping
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Most orders will be sent via AusPost Parcel Post (3 – 5 business days) from Perth WA. Auspost Express Parcel Service (1 – 3 business days) is available as well.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package
The parcel will be posted from WA postal code 6166.
For receiving address within WA, it will take 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to arrive.
If the receiving address is outside WA it will take 3-5 business days for delivery.
If you need the parcel urgently, please select Express Shipping, it will take 1-3 business days to arrive.
Please take note that parcel wont be able to fit into most mailboxes. If there is no one present at home, or the door is not answered, a Collection slip will be left in the mailbox by the AusPost postmen for your self-collection at the nearest post office during office hours. This might cause delay to the date of your parcel availability.

How Can I Return A Product?
Please contact us to obtain a Good Return Number (GRN) to facilitate the return. We will also provide you a simple Good Return form to be included into the return parcel, in order to make sure that the refund or exchange could be processed promptly once we have received the returned goods.
The item is out of stock - what happens next?
We regularly restock from overseas and local suppliers on monthly interval. As such what you could see on the site are always in stock within Australia. If it is out of stock, please feel free to drop Nat a note and she will let you know when will the stock be replenished (usually within weeks).
